Please read and understand all Terms and Conditions before booking.

ピーターパンのサマープログラム2024へご応募いただきありがとうございます！

お申し込みをされる前に、かならず以下の規約をお読みください。

All students will be dropped off and picked up outside of the entrance to the ELAC building.

保護者は建物内には入れませんので、送迎はELACの建物の入り口の外でお願いたします。

Summer program hours are from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please do not send your child to school before 8:55. Please either pick up your child at or shortly after 3:00 PM or instruct him/her to return home soon after school finishes. We do NOT provide playground/gym supervision before 8:45 AM and after 3:00 PM.

朝8:55以前と放課後の3:00時以降にはお子様達の安全を見守るスタッフがいません。朝は8:55以降に登校し、放課後は速やかに下校していただきますようお願いいたします。

Children have an option of purchasing school lunch. Meals will be international and include a variety of healthy foods for your child. Please note that cancellation of orders may happen due to not enough registration.

Lunch Fee 600yen/ day

期間中は、一食600円にてランチをオーダーしていただけます。ただし、希望者が所定人数に満たなかった場合は、注文をキャンセルさせていただくこともありますので、ご了承下さい。その場合はランチ代を全額返金させていただきます。

Fee:

550 yen for every 30 minutes

A reservation is required. Please call or email Peter Pan Office (090-8930-5144/ peterpanschool@icloud.com) and make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.

サマープログラムのDaycareは、基本的にはご予約時にお願いいたします。それ以降のご予約は、ご利用の1週間前までにピーターパン事務局 (090-8930-5144/ peterpanschool@icloud.com)へご予約いただきますようお願いいたします。

Bills for the Summer Program Daycare Service will be issued after the program. Please note that we will accept payments through bank transfer only.

デイケアの請求書はプログラム終了後に発行されます。お支払いはお振込のみとなります。

You will be asked to pay 550 yen, that is equivalent of the fee for 30 minutes of day care, if you pick your child up over 5 minutes late.

お子さまのお迎えが５分以上遅れた場合、30分の延長料金が派生いたします。お迎えのお時間をお守りいただきますよう、お願いいたします。

Please note that a cancellation fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

当日キャンセルの場合は1100円のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

Health insurance is recommended for all children to ensure that safety measures will be taken under accidents and emergency circumstances. 

ピーターパンのサマープログラムに参加される方には、障害保険に加入していただくようお願いしております。

1 week 500yen

2-4 weeks 1,000yen

5-7 weeks 1,200yen

Anyone tested “Positive for COVID” must contact Peter Pan Class 090-4834-6984‬‬ immediately.

コロナウイルス陽性者となった場合は速やかにピーターパン責任者（‭090-4834-6984‬）に連絡して下さい。

All persons participating in the Summer Program must submit a TB screening prior to their first day of attendance. This is in compliance with the Health Policy of the Canadian Academy.

Please submit the TB screening result valid within the last 6 months prior to the first day of the Summer Program in one of the following forms; PPD skin test, Chest x-ray, Blood Test, or School Health Record (TB screening) by the first day of school by email peterpanschool@icloud.com

*Please use the TB Screening Form for submission.

*If you are a current CA or Peter Pan student who has submitted the TB screening, you will be exempt from this.

サマープログラム参加者は全員、カナディアン・アカデミーのHealth Policyに基づき結核の検査結果を必ず提出していただきます。

結核の検査として、サマープログラム初日前６ヶ月以内の

１、ツベルクリン反応

２、胸部レントゲン

３、血液検査の結果

４、日本の学校の生徒で学校が保管する健康診断

上記のうちいずれかの検査結果のコピーを６月末日までにメールでpeterpanschool@icloud.comまで提出してください。

診断につきましてはこちらのフォームをご利用いただくか、かかりつけ医の診断書をご利用ください。

*ピーターパン、またはCAの在校生で、すでに結果を提出している場合 検査の必要はありません。　

Because there is no entrance exam or interview, Peter Pan reserves the right to ask a student to leave, even after the start of summer school, if his or her behavior is repeatedly or extremely inappropriate.

入学に際し、試験や面接は行いません。したがって、入学時もしくはプログラムが始まった後に不適切な行動、行為があると判断された場合は、ピーターパンはその生徒に対し、入学申し込み、もしくはプログラムの続行をお断りする権利を保持します。

Please note that we will not be able to refund your tuition fees.

定員制のため、一度ご予約いただいたサマープログラムの内容のご変更、ご返金はできません。

No refund for any summer program-related fees in the case of cancellation of the summer program and/or activities due to typhoon, earthquake, or other extreme events beyond the control of summer program staff. This includes the cancellation of the summer program due to epidemic outbreaks or any other government-mandated closures. In case of school closure, we will announce it on our school website https://www.peterpan-preschool.com by 7am.

ピーターパンのサマープログラムは、自然災害や流行疾患等で休校になった際の返金は致しません。また、悪天候などにより警報が発令されましても、基本的に開校いたしておりますので、当日は、保護者のみなさまご自身のご判断でご登校くださいませ。万一、休校となる場合は朝７時までにウェブサイトhttps://www.peterpan-preschool.comにてお知らせします。

Please note Field Trips will not be rescheduled if there are cancellations due to low enrollment numbers or bad weather (i.e.rain). Excursion payment will be refunded as soon as possible if this occurs. 

雨天、人数不足などで遠足が中止となった際には、遠足代金を返金いたします。

６月以降のサマープログラムのお申し込みにつきましては、定員に空きがあればご予約いただけますが、10%のお申し込み手数料が別途発生いたします。

If you missed the deadline to register, and wish to enroll in Summer Program, a 10% late registration fee will be added to the amount due.

Peter Pan Summer Program only collects personal information necessary to administer the program. All information will be kept confidential under the Personal Information Protection Law, and will not be disclosed to any third parties or be used for purposes other than to administer the program.

個人情報の保護について: お子様およびご家族に関する個人情報については、プログラム運営上必要な範囲においてご提出いただいています。これらの情報は、個人情報保護法のもと、適正に管理・使用し、同意を得ることなくプログラム運営以外の目的に利用することはありません。
