Please read and understand all Terms and Conditions before booking.

ピーターパンのサマープログラム2026へご応募いただきありがとうございます！

お申し込みをされる前に、かならず以下の規約をお読みください。

We offer extended daycare services for those needing care outside of Summer Program hours.

◻︎ 8:00am–9:00am / 3:00pm–5:00pm

　　600 yen for every 30 minutes (750yen for 2 years old)

◻︎ 5:00pm-7:00pm

　　720 yen for every 30 minutes (900yen for 2 years old)

- A reservation is required. Please call or email Peter Pan Office (090-8930-5144/ peterpanschool@icloud.com) and make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.

- Bills for the Summer Program Daycare Service will be issued after the program. Please note that we will accept payments through bank transfer only.

- Please be advised that an additional 30-minute daycare fee will be applied if children are dropped off more than 5 minutes early or picked up more than 5 minutes late.

- Please note that a cancellation fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

- Please note that daycare service after 5:00 PM is by appointment only, and cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please be aware that any cancellations made after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

サマープログラムのお時間前後には、ご希望の方へDaycare Programをご提供いたします。

- サマープログラムのDaycareは、事前予約制となります。ご利用の1週間前までにピーターパン事務局 (090-8930-5144/ peterpanschool@icloud.com)へご予約いただきますようお願いいたします。

- デイケアの請求書はプログラム終了後に発行されます。お支払いはお振込のみとなります。

- お子さまのお迎えが５分以上遅れた場合、30分の延長料金が派生いたします。お迎えのお時間をお守りいただきますよう、お願いいたします。

- 当日キャンセルの場合は1100円のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

- 5時以降のdaycareのご予約につきましては、完全予約制となり、キャンセルできるのは3日前までとなりますのでご注意くださいませ。それ以降のキャンセルは100%のキャンセル料がかかりますのでご了承くださいませ。

Health insurance is recommended for all children to ensure that safety measures will be taken under accidents and emergency circumstances. 

ピーターパンのサマープログラムに参加される方には、障害保険に加入していただくようお願いしております。

1 week 500yen

2-4 weeks 1,000yen

5-7 weeks 1,200yen

Because there is no entrance exam or interview, Peter Pan reserves the right to ask a student to leave, even after the start of summer school, if his or her behavior is repeatedly or extremely inappropriate.

入学に際し、試験や面接は行いません。したがって、入学時もしくはプログラムが始まった後に不適切な行動、行為があると判断された場合は、ピーターパンはその生徒に対し、入学申し込み、もしくはプログラムの続行をお断りする権利を保持します。

Please note that we will not be able to refund your tuition fees.

定員制のため、一度ご予約・ご入金いただいたサマープログラムの内容のご変更、ご返金はできません。

No refund for any summer program-related fees in the case of cancellation of the summer program and/or activities due to typhoon, earthquake, or other extreme events beyond the control of summer program staff. This includes the cancellation of the summer program due to epidemic outbreaks or any other government-mandated closures. In case of school closure, we will announce it on our school website https://www.peterpan-preschool.com by 7am.

ピーターパンのサマープログラムは、自然災害や流行疾患等で休校になった際の返金は致しません。また、悪天候などにより警報が発令されましても、基本的に開校いたしておりますので、当日は、保護者のみなさまご自身のご判断でご登校くださいませ。万一、休校となる場合は朝７時までにウェブサイトhttps://www.peterpan-preschool.comにてお知らせします。

６月以降のサマープログラムのお申し込みにつきましては、定員に空きがあればご予約いただけますが、10%のお申し込み手数料が別途発生いたします。

If you missed the deadline to register, and wish to enroll in Summer Program, a 10% late registration fee will be added to the amount due.

Peter Pan Summer Program only collects personal information necessary to administer the program. All information will be kept confidential under the Personal Information Protection Law, and will not be disclosed to any third parties or be used for purposes other than to administer the program.

個人情報の保護について: お子様およびご家族に関する個人情報については、プログラム運営上必要な範囲においてご提出いただいています。これらの情報は、個人情報保護法のもと、適正に管理・使用し、同意を得ることなくプログラム運営以外の目的に利用することはありません。

Please note that during the summer program, unlike regular lessons, there will be no birthday parties. Also, children who are not yet potty trained will be asked to wear diapers.

サマープログラム中は通常のレッスンとは異なり、お誕生日会は行いませんのでご了承くださいませ。また、トイレットトレーニングがまだ完了されていないお子さまは、おむつを着用していただきますようお願いいたします。

ピーターパンファミリー以外のお子様もご参加頂けますが、応募人数には制限がございます。お早めに以下の登録フォームよりご登録くださいませ！
