SUMMER PROGRAM 2022

Week 1 "Sound It Out!"

July 4-8

英語の世界に飛び込んで、いろいろな言葉を学びましょう！歌を歌ったり、クイズを楽しんだり、物語を読んだりしながら、自然にあたらしい言葉をたくさん学んでいく一週間です。自分だけのアルファベットのミニブックは、きっと大切な宝物になるでしょう。

The students will experience hands-on learning by reading stories, singing, and dancing along to catchy songs, and coming up with solutions to thrilling questions! They will create an Alphabet Mini-Book this week. 

Week 2    "Get Set to Get Wet" 

July 11-15

水にはどんなかたちがあるかな？水たまり、池、川、海など、身の回りや、地球にあるいろいろな水のかたちと、それらの大切な役割について学びましょう。このウィークには、子どもたちの大好きな水遊びも開催します！

The students will have the opportunity to learn about different bodies of water and their varying roles of importance. The week will end with a stimulating opportunity for them to interact with, make a water toy, and experience water!

Week 3 "Fun under the Sun"

July 18-22

日本のスクールではやったことのないようなゲームを思いっきり楽しむウィークです！ルールを守ること、挑戦すること、お友達と協力することなど、楽しみながらも、多くの学びがあるでしょう。

The students will explore varieties of games, such as egg spoon relay, penguin waddle, skeeball, hit the pot and scavenger hunt, that will help develop their confidence, comprehension skills, and ability to work together with others while challenging themselves.

Week 4 "I Can Be an Artist"

July 25-29

ひとりひとり、それぞれに、好きな色、お気に入りの形、手触りがあります。このウィークでは、用意された本格的な材料を使って、芸術家のように１つの作品と向き合い、自分だけのランタンをつくります。一生懸命に作ったランタンを灯した時の輝きは、きっと忘れられない思い出になるでしょう

The students will have the chance to make a lantern to exercise and hone their creativity, imagination, and resourcefulness!

Week 5 "Read it Loud!"

August 1-5

英語の基本、フォニックスをしっかりと学ぶ１週間です。本を読んだり、ライティングの問題に取り組んだり、楽しみながら言葉のしくみや、なりたちを学びます。学んだ言葉や絵の入ったオリジナル絵本も作って、知識を自分のものにして持って帰りましょう！

The students will read interesting stories about vowels, challenge writing exercises, and use those skills to create a book full of learned vocabulary and pictures! 

Week 6 "Summer Party 2022"

August 8-12

毎年大人気のサマーパーティーを今年も開催します。最終日には仲良くなったお友だちと一緒にクッキングやゲーム、花火をして楽しみましょう！

（最終日のみ、開催地が苦楽園のお教室となり、お迎えは夜8時半となります。Week6の料金には、最終日のサマーパーティー代8,000円と、ランチ、スナック、ティナー代が含まれています。)

プログラムの関係上、この週は週３日以上参加してください。

The students will build confidence and independence by participating in various activities, Making S'mores, working in groups, and having fun through games, crafts, and fireworks!

Reminder: The summer class on August 12 will be held at Nishinomiya campus, and the pick up time will be 8:30pm. Weekly Fee includes Summer Party Fee (8,000yen), the lunch, snack, and dinner fee for Friday. 

Please compete in at lease 3 days for this program.

Week 7 "Science of Wonder"

(August 15-19)

どうしてそうなるのかな？そうだったのか！科学の不思議なちからやしくみを、子どもの大好きな実験をしながら学びます。疑問に思うこととしっかり向き合って、答えを見つける力を身につけましょう。学んだことは、サイエンスアルバムにまとめてお家に持って帰るので、ご自宅でも楽しんでいただけます！

The students will experience a full week of fantastic science experiments and create an album that will satisfy their curiosity and boost their interest in the wonders of science!
